everything’s good, expect not provide clear information for shuttle bus from airport to hotel. there are so many doors can excess to island 3, they did not mentioned which one i should go for so that it takes me more than 3o mins to get on bus in the cold 20 degree midnight.

Got wrong room, keys wouldn’t work, no air conditioning, hot tub wasn’t hot, dog hair in pool, dirty everywhere, neither treadmill would work, manager refused to help, just said we’ll get to it when it comes up on the list (maintenance guy was right there but manager refused to have him walk 15 feet to help us). TV channels wouldn’t work. Wrong signage upstairs. I’ve never left a negative review, but this was awful. Only bright spots: the lady that checked us in was helpful, even when the key cards didn’t work after 3 trips up and down the stairs for new ones. And Vanessa, on her third day on the job, was sweet and kind after her manager was very unfriendly and unhelpful.

You have to pay for parking. There was a sewage smell in the lobby and the property is a little run down. I was disappointed. We had a lot of issues with our key card into our room BUT the staff was very responsive and fixed it quickly.

Everything was wonderful. The only thing that was wrong is the back door not working with room keys. I saw several people trying to get in and had to walk around to the front desk because their keys would not unlock the door. Its known by the employees because at checkin, it that information was given to me. Just an inconvenience for those of us that have to park in the back.

Experience was good, we were just there to sleep between flights and we managed that. We had called at 1AM letting them know we’d be in at 3:45 and was told the shuttle would be running - landed, went to the pickup spot which took 10 min or so and got a call asking if we were still coming and informed him yes we were waiting on the shuttle - thr worker was kind of rude making a remark he wished we would have called, but when i called 2 hours earlier was never asked or told to call when we arrived.

I entered in my check-in form (24 hours in advance) that I needed a crib. Upon arrival I was notified that it was first-come first-serve and there were none left. Upon further discussion I was able to be moved to a room with a pull out couch at no additional charge. After some creativity, I was then able to create an alternative safe sleep space for my baby. Not ideal but made it work. If I knew that no cribs were available I would have canceled my reservation and stayed elsewhere.

The television cable net work was terrible. A couple times within an hour. It would be interrupted with a blank screen and a line showing that it was, I guess rebooting. When the program came back on, it was on a different channel from the one I was watching. When I went to the guide, everything came up “no information” for the different channels, which made it hard to find the channel I have been watching. Obviously serious problem needs to be fixed.

I enjoyed the layout of the room. Some good food places that are only a short walk away. Also they had hot coffee which was awesome at 3am when we left for airport. The shuttle as well was awesome. Would stay again.
