「We got on Expedia and were able to get a room in an hour of our stay. When we arrived they had written our name on the key exchange and had chocolates on our pillow with a very nice note from management. Our room was clean and tidy! The entire hotel was quiet and very clean. We were very pleased with our short stay! A great in between stop from Owensboro KY to Wilmington NC.」

「Hotel was very clean - from entry way to elevators to hallway to room. The hotel was very busy based on elevator traffic, but didn't hear a peep from other guests. Great location in the middle of downtown. REALLY appreciate the self park - and unlimited in and out access. Plus the parking is mostly reserved for guests so you don't have to worry about finding a spot! Front desk very kind.」

「Don't stay here, at least not until their construction is complete. We typically like Courtyard by Marriot, but this time was not a good experience. When we arrived, the parking lot was full of construction debris, even nails. There were only a few spaces available. I understand that properties need to be renovated, but they should at least clean up the parking lot of garbage so guests can park without fear of getting nails in our tires, but that's only the beginning. 「I have stayed in a lot of hotels over the years and this one was one of my top 3 best hotels for a great affordable price! We had a really long overnight flight and it was so nice to check in early to get some sleep before the festivities! Nicole at the front desk was super awesome and we truly enjoyed our stay! Such a nice touch to get a little goodie bag when we checked in that had waters and snacks in it. I was also very impressed with the shower pressure! It's the best that I have ever had...
