"Little to no soap or conditioner in the dispensers in the shower"

"Staff was less than kind, hotel room was not clean, breakfast not great. The hotel is super outdated overall. We got a deluxe room with a kitchenette and there were no utensils, just overall disappointing. SUPER overpriced if I’m honest. "
