"Everything always stands out to me, I’ve been booking at this hotel for 5+ years and I’ve never been disappointed. Hotel rooms are always clean, spotless and never have a complaint.. very reliable very accessible. Anytime I need a room, I’m able to just get on here and reserve as I please.. building is always quiet never had a noise complaint.. my most favorite thing about the hotel is how spacious the rooms are! It brings me so much comfort. The back part of the hotel the view of the river is nostalgic to me. I love it, especially at night time.. overall I absolutely love love love this hotel !"

"Woman at reservation desk was very friendly and helpful. We’ve stayed here before and have reservations for February 21 as well. Always clean and friendly staff. We stay here mostly when we are flying out of Rockford international airport but will stay here if we come to Hard Rock Casino as well. "
