「Check in was quick and easy. The staff was efficient and quick getting the line of guests checked in. The Best Western Room was clean and smelled fresh when we arrived. 「The King Suite would have been nice but the room had a bad stench and was not clean. The bed linens were covered in animal fur and stains, which makes me believe they were not changed after the previous guest. We also had to buy air freshener because the room had such a heavy animal scent. The front desk employee was very accommodating with this situation, since there were no other rooms we could be placed in and the cleaning crew was not available at the time.
