Also, the room was nice, but the ceiling fan in our bedroom didn't work. We were informed that Maintenace would come out in the Moring since we had a 2-night stay and they couldn't move us to fix it. That never happened and nor was we compensated on any of our stay. I...

"I will definitely stay at a Staybridge again. The room was wonderful, had all the amenities and extra things that are nice such as REAL wine glasses and small throw pillows on the sofa to make it more comfortable. The beds were So comfortable and had great sheets. To top it off, there was a really good free continental breakfast. I've had these breakfasts before at hotels, but this one one of the best we've ever had. The staff was also very friendly. I just wish our stay was going to be longer...

"This property was terrible. We arrived to find the house filthy and all the beds unmade. Trash everywhere, food left out on counters, blood in one of the beds. We could not stay here and booked another hotel at 11:00 PM in Pittsburgh. I have never seen such a filthy vacation rental. "
