Booked this hotel for my guest that was in town for Conference. They have state several times at the Fairfield for it’s one of the nicer ones in the area. Service is good and the place is very convenient. Staff is wonderful.

Room was clean. Staff, although efficient, were not friendly. Hot breakfast menu items were cold, pastries were stale. Overall, breakfast was mediocre at best. Although I didn't choose this hotel for the breakfast, the food (literally) left a bad taste and turned what would have been a good stay, into a subpar visit.

Nick and His staff are top notch! The hotel was wonderful, clean, and nice. The pool was great! The breakfast was great! Next time we are in the area that is where we are going to stay!

Had a couple of people above us that sounded like they were bowling all night and we complained but it never stopped and we also had a gentleman open our door with a key of some sort I don't know if it was maintenance but walked in on us while we were in the room he had to have had a key to get in there and I have complained to them when I left and I have not heard anything back from them never staying there again

We were very upset the day we were checking out. We needed to get in the road early, planned for 7am so that we could eat before leaving. The breakfast was supposed to be ready at 630. When we came down after 7 there was no breakfast available and when i asked the front desk about it she said that breakfast wasn't her job. We had to pay for breakfast that wasn't in our budget, and take additional time that we should have been on the road.

Room carpet was vacuumed but the rug needs to be deep cleaned. I walked with bare feet and wondered why my feet were so dirty when I took my morning and night time showers. The bath mat was filthy. I have not experienced that before. Pool not useable. Finding the entrance to get to the hotel is frustrating for anyone (gps couldn’t even find it) Tiny hidden hotel sign.
