「I do not believe this hotel is of good quality. It misleads customers into booking their accommodations. They require a deposit even after the hotel fee has been paid, and we must provide credit card information. The room was not clean, the bathtub is too small, and the shower curtain falls into the tub, leaving us with insufficient space to stand and shower. The toilet and wash basin are designed for children. We checked in late and did not notice the stains on the towels; however, they claim...

「Breakfast was the standard fare, yet tasteful. Coffee was good and hot. Room and bathroom were comfortable and clean. Nice walking distance about 3-5 minutes from the harbor shops and Lake Ray Hubbard. Highly recommend doing that. Walking distance to eating. Air conditioner was louder than "white noise" limit to me. Overall a 4 stars because both elevators were out of order by the end of my stay.」
