"We enjoyed the many resturants and shops in the area. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We were on the 30th floor and hafan incredible view. Overall great place to stay."

"The room, though small, was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff were friendly. There is a Family Mart across the street and a 711 around the corner, as well as a Don Quijote. Kabukicho is known as a “bad” area, but I did not feel unsafe at any time walking from Shinjuku station to the hotel. The hotel itself is on a busy street with many people. Just north of the hotel is a nice neighbourhood with many cafes and restaurants. There are several train stations within 10-15 mins walk. The onsen was a nice amenity to have "
