「carpet in room very stained, mold in the bathroom, the breakfast consisted of eggs and tortillias, no creamer available for coffee, loud arguing of staff with customers in the lobby, shortage of towels,」

「Why don't they tell you this ahead of time!!!!! They are renovating ALL parts of the hotel but especially down in the lobby area. And they aren't being very quick about things so the renovations will continue for a LONG time. There is noise 9-5 during the week days and dust everywhere. The room was spacious enough but extremely dated furniture & carpet. Due to the renovations there was no continental breakfast, could not find an ice machine anywhere and nothing in the lobby except 24-hour...
