「Called at 10 pm to tell them I would be arriving late, after midnight. They told me that they do not have a room for me. I told them I have a booking and they said it didn’t matter and that they’re all booked up. So they left me stranded and had to book a hotel for double the price on a Saturday night. However, they still charged me for my booking. Complete and utter headache and an unhelpful front desk.」

「My TV didn’t work. The front desk guy came to my room but he couldn’t fix it. He said they might give me a discount but they didn’t. The fire alarm went off at 9am Sunday morning. The fire department came and gave the all clear.」
