「Our group had booked 11 rooms as we were in town for a memorial service. During the 2 day stay everone of us had to go to the desk and have our room keys redone at least once and one room up to 4 times. The staff at checkout were not real helpful. I was told that I had prepaid for my room, which I don't remember doing and they were not able to give me a receipt. 「We have stayed at many C’mon Inns in the past and never had such a disappointing experience as this. #1 issue being the lack of cleanliness! This hotel was incredibly dirty & not properly kept up. From the hair and dirt on the floor and in the shower to the door to the courtyard that doesn’t shut unless we push with all our might to close it. It was just gross. The hotel needs major upgrades.
