「Staff is excellent」

「We had a great stay! We were in town for UAH graduation. We had multiple rooms for family members. We picked this hotel based on price, locations and the convenience of having walkable restaurants right across the street in the Bridge Street Mall. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very nice, clean and quiet. I would definitely stay here again. 」

「The room was very clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The towels were good size and soft. The breakfast area was clean even with the flow of people. The food was really good. I used the work out room. It was spacious. Every piece of equipment had it's own tv. We had to use the laundry. It was clean, machines worked good. I would recommend this hotel. 」

「The two persons at the desk when I checked in were not very friendly. Didn’t make you feel welcome. Two other guests made the same comment. Today, there was a different lady at the desk and she smiled and was friendly. I commented to her that it was nice having somebody smiling 」

Property was in excellent condition with a great view of the river. There was a really cool fire pit outside the fence by the pool. They also served the best breakfast I’ve ever had a hotel! We will definitely stay here again for future trips! 」
