「The hotel was very nice the upgrades are all very nice. At reception we were greeted by a friendly agent who asked if we had a floor preference on floor. The casino was very clean and you don’t find a happy hour in a Casino very often. The restaurants we ate in were great and lots of choices at the buffet. We will be back!」

「Room was clean and staff was helpful and friendly. It was fairly loud given there were a number of middle to high school sports teams there but that isn't unexpected for a hotel with a waterpark, just be aware when you book! Breakfast was good.」

「The hot water was out for at least 30 hours. Having spent all day swimming, it was hard not to be able to bathe our kids but it was relieving when it was back on. It was a concern that they kept the restaurant open despite not being able to sanitize the dishes in hot water, so we did not eat there. In the waterpark, the residual water on the pool deck wasn't swept so it was always slippery due to pools of water accumulating. Our kids fell on the deck multiple times despite walking slowly.
