The sofa cushions were ripped, the upholstery on the chairs were ripped and the shower curtain was ripped. The housekeeping staff was difficult to communicate with as they spoke little to no English. 「Loved the vibe. The room was super nice and felt like it was part of a more expensive hotel. It wasn't a huge room, but they made use of the space and, frankly, if you're staying for a night, you don't need 1100ft². Well worth the money.」

「Everyone was very helpful, from the valet to the front desk and the restaurant wait staff. We had a problem with the television and the balcony door. We went out for the day and both were fixed when we got back. The balcony door had a reoccurring issue, but we reported it only once. Having a room facing the river was a plus. It was very enjoyable to watch the freighters and other river traffic. I would definitely recommend this location to friends and family.」
