"Beautiful comfortable and cozy apartment. The picture on Hotel's did not give it justice. Everyth I ng we needed was readily available. We had access to the pool and made a relaxing morning after a budy day before. Owners and Property Manager were gracious and immediately answered any questions we had. The location was perfect, so close to our event and shopping and dining was close. I highl y recommend this apt. And would definitely rent again!"

"We stayed here for Coachella weekend and it was so much fun! There’s a cute little ponds with ducks and a food truck with really good food. The actual mobile home was really clean and perfect for our stay. The bunk bed cushions were a little too thin and the TV connection kept cutting in and out but other than that it was a wonderful stay. 10/10 would book again."

"Room was spacious but very outdated. Not worth the price to only receive bare minimum amenities (1 bar of soap for 3 sinks, 2 towels). We had to request extra towels & were charged for early check in, which I ended up paying so we wouldn’t be late for Coachella. My friends had one room & I ended up booking this second room. "The property was filthy. The property manager's phone number was unanswered after placing multiple instead calls were directed to a voice mailbox that stated the mailbox was not set up to receive messages. I made my reservation through Evolve who then subcontracted with Expedia. The Evolve phone number requests an itinerary number but upon entering the number it asks for it over and over again, not recognizing I entered the number. No luck contacting them, NO RESPONSE."

"I booked this property for myself, my teenage son, 2 friends and their teenage children for a sports tournament nearby. The house was dirty with hair in the bathroom and mold on the walls and there was garbage scattered in the backyard. The neighborhood was noisy until close to midnight both nights of our stay, despite the noise ordinance and our call to the Property Contact. This property sleeps 6, not 9, as advertised.
