Our original reservations made through the event organizer were changed at the last minute to a hotel that was 30 minutes away and not pet-friendly. Aloft was available, and the staff was very welcoming. Being at the center of the activity made our stay much more meaningful. What a wonderful community!」

「The stairwells stank and have obvious dirt in the carpet. The entire facility had a strong odor of deodorizer evidently due to lack of deep cleaning and regular maintenance. The pool was closed and yet still advertised as an amenity when I booked the room. When I responded to the email about the closure I received no reply. There was mold on the wall in the bathroom. The continental breakfast had a wide variety of choices and was fresh, even though obviously made from the cheapest ingredients...

「The rooms were exceptionally clean. The bed was very comfortable and the linens were crisp white and looked new. I especially liked that there was no carpeting in the room. The flooring was some sort of composite, which added to the brightness and cleanliness. The room also had an efficient kitchenette with a large refrigerator and dishwasher.
