"Water was scalding hot at night when I tried to wash my face before bedtime. Could not even get it to be just warm. Was too tired to care but when I got up at 6:30 am to take a shower and get ready for a conference, the shower water was scalding hot. I love a hot shower….but there was literally no way to get into that water. I had to pack up my entire room and move to another room quickly in the morning. I had unpacked and had everything on hangers and it was a rough morning to shove it all back...

"Location was wonderful, close to time square. The shower was also very nice. However, the room itself was very dark, dreary, antiquated and quite small. There was an additional nightly charge which was unexpected. I will not look to stay here again."

"We stayed for 2 nights at the harmony located in NewJersey. Friendly staff, clean rooms. The only concern is that the water runs so slow in the washroom sink and the bathtub. Otherwise, overall good stay. I love the natural plant decoration. I have to mention that they have good breakfast which is included in the hotel fee. "
