「Convenient location and nice staff. The room was a little worse for wear but clean.」

「The propert and rooms are really nice. I would stay again. The reason I gave it a lower rating were for the following reasons: 1. Often front desk staff was not to be found. Actually, I would see them in back office just talking. Front desk should always be up front. And that was the problem with number 2: Breakfast, a large, multiple family members with lots of kids. They were running around, yelling, parents not addressing it. I look at front desk. Nobody. Like they were hiding from racket,...

「Enjoyed our stay despite the toilet getting stopped up, the tv not working, and the AC dying. Except for the AC, everything was fixed quickly. Staff reacted in a friendly and cooperative manner. Karaoke in the Bistro was great fun. Chocolate martinis were amazing. We would happily stay here again. 」

「When we checked in the gentleman helping us was anything but a gentleman. He was rude and not helpful. When we said we didn't understand why if we were Hilton Honors members that we were not granted complimentary breakfast. He rudely informed us that we booked through a third party app and were not entitled to any Hilton Honors amenities. When I said we had been asked for our Hilton Honors number and had gotten communication from Hilton Honors.....he answered the same thing over and over....you...

「Did not visit bar. We did go in but wasn't our scene. No foul there. The menu at breakfast was ok. However, it felt very much hotel breakfast. 」
