「We were welcomed by a lovely person named Genna at the front desk who was so kind. The room was great - very clean and spacious. The grounds and building seem very well taken care of. This was a blind find on our way through the area. We sure lucked out with such a fantastic stay!」

All staff that I encountered were super friendly and attentive to any needs. Breakfast was ok for a continental breakfast but I expected more from 'Hilton.' 「Tub was clogged and backing up while showering. We let the receptionist know and even showed a Picture. We were told that all showers were like that. For the price we paid that was unacceptable and gross. Services were super slow. Not blaming staff but management had one waitress for an entire dinning room. We also noticed mostly all the staff were very mature people. We felt bad rushing or even complaining right to them. This place has potential, you just need the right management.」

「Drury might not be a luxury hotel, but it is the most generous and responsible hotel I have ever stayed with. This hotel really complies its aim to create happy customers. In my view, they do it much better than those 4-star and 5-star hotels. Drury offers not only free hot breakfast, but also simple hot dinner (though they called it “snack”).
