「Title: Great location, but a terrible sleep and poor hygiene To start with the positives, the location is very close to the main tourist attractions, and the room was relatively spacious. However, our experience with the staff and the room assignment was disappointing from the beginning. When we checked in, the two female staff members at the front desk were unfriendly. 「It was a pity that at the description it said that it was possible to swim at the other place and there wasn't info about extra costs. But when I arrived there the hotel didn't pay for that or didn't make an effort to arrange a free swim. Although the info on Expedia was not right. That was a pity. And the toilet was not flushing and the shower water was coming out of the shower inside the room. The taxi driver they called to bring me to the airport was very late.」

「We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were honestly very impressed, especially as we only stayed for one night. From the moment we arrived, everything felt clean, organised and peaceful. The breakfast was lovely. There wasn’t a huge variety, but there was definitely enough for everyone, everything was fresh, tasty and very well organised. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the pool was a great size, very clean and incredibly relaxing. The whole hotel has such a calm and peaceful...
