「not helpful. no clear explanations」

「I can only say the location is ok. but the hotel 's facility is quite old, the door lock is not sensitive to the key card. And the bathroom hygiene situation is very bad, you can see the photos and judge by yourself. And sometime the neighbour might smoke, i call the reception few times and they said they can arrange the security to check, but waht i need is changing the room to real non smoking area, and they didn't follow up for this request. I think they have many things need to be revamped.」

「The room is tidy and clean, I really enjoyed. They offer free breakfast, which tastes good and is really convenient. The most important thing is that the night is peace and you can sleep well. I just don’t know what I can complain. It’s really convenient to travel around by living in this hotel, which is close to the subway. And you can just walk around to like Times Square, apple avenue 5, MoMA」

「The staff were all really friendly and accomidating. Our original room had broken A/C and they immediately moved us to another room. the following day when I had believed I had left something in the previous room, by their suggestion they took me up to the room to check and look for it. The staff gave Zero hassel or judgement. The property itself I would say the rooms are small concrete squares and can be very dark with the shades closed, easy to loose a sense of time, this is a pro or con...
