「The website said breakfast and the pool would be open but when we got to the property that’s when we found out there is no breakfast and the pool doesn’t he a permit yet. The carpet in the hallways is very filthy and dirty. The lobby smells really good but the floors smell really bad. I will never go to the hotel again!! The room had hair on the cover and the balcony door was hard to open!」

「Beautiful hotel and great location. The parking garage and check in process was a bit confusing. Park in the P4 parking area and use the call button by the door to get inside. Check in is on the 14th floor. The rooms were spacious and well equipped. Although very comfortable at first, the bed was too soft and we all woke up stiff and sore! Ha! Ha! That’s what happens to middle aged folks! Beds matter! Enjoy your stay! Oh, and breakfast was great!」

「Room includes refrigerator, microwave, coffee station, and he bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The staff was okay. Complimentary Breakfast was delicious excellent! Staff at the bar was friendly. Happy Hour was Happy!」

「Make sure the breakfast is included with the room before you purchase it. Because it was not included with my room. Then I was told I had a 20 dollar credit I could use by one worker, but then later that afternoon was told I did not. So just make sure you are getting charged for everything at once.」

「This was our second stay at this Hyatt and we have never felt so well cared for at any hotel. From conversations with staff on our previous visit they were aware that our return visit was for a serious surgical procedure. Upon arrival not only had we been upgraded to a suite, but there was also a lovely note with a fruit basket. To find such a high commitment to service as a property culture is rare.」

「The mattress in my room 119 was the worst mattress ever i didn't have any good rest I slept on the couch this mattress needs replacement immediately other than that everything was good clean room breakfast good and staff excellent and professional」

「Came to stay here while I was attending class. Room is very nice, bed very soft. Minor ding on there and not being any soap bars near the sink, and the body wash soap was finished after the first day I was there, but otherwise it was a pleasant stay」
