"The first floor rooms apparently have thermostats but they don’t control the temp in the room. Took four visits to the front desk before they admitted that. We were able to change rooms. "

"My flight was late arriving but the shuttle still picked me up and staff was very nice. Breakfast was very good. "

"The location is excellent - easy walking in downtown Providence. The staff are great and the rooms are clean and maintained. My only quibble is the "city view" room on the second floor provided not much of a view. Also, there is a small table in the room, but no chair (an uncomfortable bench too awkward to work with) so working in the room was not possible. "

"It is a nice hotel, clean and friendly staff, only complaint is only one door (the front door) was shoveled out, so had to drag bags through feet of snow piles after being told to park out back. "
