「I really sincerely want to give a great review but it bothers me to do so. We drove from Florida and 3 hours before arriving we were told that our account had been flagged for payment. We called the bank and they confirmed that the money was taken out. I was told that I would receive a call back in an hour, 2 hours and no call. I called back and the lady acted like she didn’t know who I was. We were able to get everything squared away an hour before arrival. House was clean and decent but the...

「Great location with gorgeous views. A bit tricky getting to the house due to the mountain roads and driveway. Did not use the AV equipment or washer/dryer but all looked quite adequate. Kitchen well stocked with pots, pans, utensils as well as some basic condiments. Would certainly plan another stay (but not in the winter time).」
