「I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt」

「We’ve stayed at Divi 4 times now & love it. Clean. On the beach. It’s a community feel. Many things close by so you have easy access to explore the island. The people that work here are so helpful and nice. Love it 10/10 would recommend to anyone!」

「Good location if you want to visit downtown. A little bit noisy at night. The service was very good, they immediately responded to all our needs. It's a good size apartment with fridge, microwave and sink, but they do not include kitchen towels or drying rack. There were no hand towels in the bathroom nor a shower mat. 」

「Very lovely property. Good food options on site and close to the main strip as well as other attractions. Lazy river is nice and kept clean. Kids run the slide. No real beach on the property as the area is very rocky but good for wading. Rooms are nice and clean staff was very kind and attentive all throughout the resort. 」

「Our 3-week stay at the Scuba Lodge was everything we had imagined it would be. The service at the Scuba Lodge is brilliant! No matter what you need or ask, the team tries everything to help the guest. The housekeeping really deserves praise, everything was always very clean and if we got up late, it was never a problem for them! 「Well located hotel. On the seafront, on Eagle Beach. Breakfast served on a tray (good quantity and quality). Helpful staff. The Super Food supermarket is located 15 minutes walk from the hotel. The Aruba bus (Arubus) passes in front of the hotel. As in front of the rooms, there is a corridor, the rooms have little privacy.」

「A great experience. Highly recommended. Excellent customer service.」

「Always very clean with a very friendly and helpful staff. Only negative this time was not hot water to shower but it wasn't cold so it was tolerable. We only stayed 2 nights so we didn't mind enough to make an issue of it but let them know on the checkout. Great place overall! We will return for certain.」
