"Hotel was nice but in a not so good area. A lot of homeless people and ladies of the night ( if you get my drift). However the staff was very welcoming and accommodating. The cleaning crew doesn’t speak English but Norma was AMAZING! On our 3rd day we met her and it was a perfect stay after that. Clean towels and wash clothes daily, she made our bed when we asked. "Helpful staff, the bed unfortunately are uncomfortable. The suite didn’t even have a place to hang clothes. Bar tender was TJ and she was awesome. They charge for parking when you check in but don’t tell you it’s 25$ a day which isn’t bad but at least tell me it’s a charge. "

"Very courteous front desk staff on check in and out. Valet was quick and easy to request car for pickup. Room was spacious and clean. I would definitely stay here again "

"The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was nice and comfortable. So no complaints about the room at all!! The food selection for the complementary breakfast was just yogurt and bagels. Maybe not enough kitchen staff? Or it is to avoid food waste? If you are a big breakfast eater you may be a bit disappointed."

Convenient to restaurants and museums, etc. Nicely laid out room, with streaming on TV was a plus. They just need better signage for parking in the building, both in the lobby and in the actual garage.
