「Courteous staff, clean room, stylish decor, very good fitness room. But was it housekeeping that was noisy and woke us up at 7:00 am on a Saturday?」

「My one comment is that there was noone at the checkin desk when I arrived and the app advised that I needed help from them to complete my checkin. Luckily I figured things out but having a sign welcoming guests, rather than a person, was a disappointing and inconvenient experience. I arrived at around 7:30 PM so it was not a late, late night arrival.
