吉佳利 3 星級飯店

「The room is clean, staff very helpful. Location is noisy, many shops around which makes it quite noisy. For short stay it is ok.」

「The staff were so friendly and attentive. We stayed three different nights during our 10 days in Rwanda and they remembered us, gave us the room we liked best, did our laundry (for a cost) but kept it for us until we returned. The food was delicious and a varied menu. The shower was hot and had pressure. The air conditioning worked well. We would stay here again」

「Amazing place with excellent customer service. The staff were always polite, responsive, and quick to help with anything I needed. They fixed the phone in my room, helped unlock my safe after I forgot the password 😅, and were consistently helpful throughout my stay. The hotel is very clean, and I especially loved the unique setup of the pool and poolside area—it has a really nice atmosphere. I would definitely recommend Kim Hotel and would happily stay here again.」

「酒店不大，一栋小楼，距离机场距离较近，酒店服务员比较热情，服务态度和意识比较好！」

「Front desk always open to fix issues」

「Great and comfy stay」

「Stayed at this beautiful hotel for one night, their service is extremely good, nice staffs and very helpful, airport pick up on time always, nice food and restaurant Clean place to stay within Kigali I really recommend this place for anyone visiting Kigali Rwanda」

「Good location. Property is lovely. Room was large with kitchenette and had nice balcony to enjoy the sights and sounds of the city. Strong screened sliding door, so fresh air and no insects. Restaurant had nice view and food and service were great. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Didn't use the pool, but it looked very inviting.」

「The pictures are misleading and the hotel is not as nice as it seems. The cleaning and care of the room was poor. Had to ask each day for things that were forgotten, missing soap, toilet paper, etc.. Staff was not very accommodating when I expressed disappointment. Denit Machines rarely work, so bring cash.」

「Great location—very safe both inside and outside. I even took long walks at night on the well-lit streets. The included breakfast was excellent, freshly made to order from a menu. I would definitely return here next time I am in the city!」
