「Absolutely brilliant hotel and I love staying here. I stay here quite a lot and the reception, kitchen and maids are the loveliest and most professional people in the hotel industry. Couldn’t say enough nice things about this place. Rooms are lovely, beds are comfy and breakfast is class!. Only thing I would say is that the A/C doesn’t really work too well and takes a while for the room to cool down, so it is a little warm in the room for my liking, but that is it. 「Great location and friendly staff. However the room is considerably small given the price of the room, for 2 person without luggages, we had to keep moving the furniture in order to move around. The heating in the room took a long time to heat up and the bathtub in the room did not work. 」

「We stopped at TY Newport Hotel to visit a show at the ICC Wales venue half a mile away. Reception staff were polite and courteous throughout our stay. Most things were available within the room like , Hairdryer , Iron and ironing board , kettle to make normal tea and coffee ( No Green Teabags). The room was quite large and clean with a side chair and low table. A large TV on the wall . The bed was quite comfortable. Had some food in the CASA area , we had Smashed Burger with chips and...

「Very small room but clean. Facilities are old. Shower was leaked of water. Hotel just likes a 2 stars hotel in China which costs £20-30.」

「We stayed at The Olde Bell for one night and we were very kindly given an upgrade to a gorgeous luxury room overlooking the lovely garden. The room was very spacious and nicely decorated with a free standing bath in the room as well as a large walk in shower in the bathroom. The staff were all very friendly, dinner was good and breakfast was fantastic. This is also such a good value historical hotel in a gorgeous village. We will definitely be back - this is our second stay. 」
