"Very good location. Next to the Express Bus Terminal and the Matsumoto Train Station. Plenty of shops nearby eg. Daiso, McDonalds and of course the 7 eleven all within walking distance. Plentiful eateries as well."

"Staff were courteous. Bed and especially pillows were not comfortable. Pillow felt like I rested my head on a backpack full of books although I think they advertised that you could ask for different pillows. Window shade did not do a good job of blocking out light from train station. Room was clean. Overall I thought it was overpriced compared to what I paid for other hotels in Japan."

"The room was very spacious and there was lots of desk and counter space to spread out. However, it was an older hotel, and the lighting in the bathroom was poor. There was also a strange smell in the room (like old cigarette smoke or cooking odor), and the window would not open all of the way, but I was able to crack the window and let some air in. The view from my room was top-notch of the mountains, which I enjoyed!"
