「Staff was very nice」

「This was no fault of the hotel staff but when we arrived, some guests were too close to the front door smoking Marijuana. I didn't see it but everyone could smell it. The hotel could use some renovations as we saw water damage on the walls in our room and the inner part of the bath tub was peeling/flaking. The shower's water pressure was terrible. We had double beds and thank goodness because the sheets had black stains on one bed. Hotel staff was amazing, very helpful and personable.」

「Clean rooms, valet very reasonable. My experience with the staff was great! Next time in Norfolk, that is where I'll be staying. 」

「Overall my stay was good. My only complaint was on my last night I was forced to leave early because of excessive noise coming from overhead guests. The hotel offered to move me but it was too late at night. Except for that very enjoyable time.」
