The staff from all 3 shifts that i encountered were overall “indifferent”. I needed help with my luggage and there was no one to assist. I could accept that at night but in the daytime at check out that was ridiculous. I was told that housekeeping would normally help, but they weren’t available. I am disabled so it was a struggle for me to...

「Room 404- The sink was backed up. The maindoor to the room is difficult to open/close as the door and/or frame are not square. The carpet in the area between the bathroom and bath was damp/wet. For what the room cost, poor value」
