「I booked a triple room, but all the amenities provided were only for one person — one duvet, one towel, one cup, and one set of toiletries. This is clearly unacceptable for a triple room. I reported this to the reception and explained that it was not an urgent request, and I would be fine if the items could be delivered later in the evening. 「We had a warm welcome from the male receptionist at check in and were very pleased with our room which consisted of a super king bed and a large smart TV. The coffee machine was a nice and unexpected bonus. We will definitely be back. 」
