Very noisy area. Nearby Industrial plant or building works started at 7 am killing all chance of sleep past that. Don’t know if that’s permanent or temporary but on my one night it was enough to rate down.

Large Room, Convenient Parking and a fantastic pool. We booked a family room as no twins available and the room was huge...separate bedroom and living room with Sofa bed. The sofa bed was adequate for one night but the mattress wasn't very thick so not the most comfortable. The standout was the staff. They helped accomodste s ground floor room as the lift wasnt working and were so helpful when we thought we had lost an item in the room. The pool and wet spa are fantastic and well worth the supplement..we paid for late checkout so we could use the facilities on the morning before our long drive home .

Helpful friendly staff in all areas, hotel/bar-grill/gym/spa. Spacious room, good wifi. Had meal in bar-grill which was excellent (tomohawk pork chop) and reasonable price for hotel. £7.50 for overnight parking with plenty space. £5 for the well equipped gym and spa. I particularly liked the boxing area with the teardrop bags. Good buffet breakfast Definitely stay again

I stayed in a room with a king size bed which was as very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very nice. All the staff were very friendly and one young lad who was training to work on the front desk, helped me with my check in and showed and helped me down some steps to my room with my suitcase and bags. Unfortunately, I didn’t get time to use the facilities this time but I have used them many times in the past and enjoyed them.

Breakfast was standard Parking ample and safe Staff were helpful and polite Took a while for hot water to come through for showers Windows could do with a clean and one was blown but fortunately we were in the cheap seats and at the back with industrial view so not a problem Room was stifling as so hot. Fan was provided but as limited plug sockets it didnt really help. However this you cant really put down to the hotel. Overall it was a great hotel for what we needed
