"This was our loveliest stay in Chincoteague yet! Went with a bigger group this year and this property was perfect. Everything was super clean, decorated beautifully, etc...We had everything we needed. The renter was amazingly kind and communicative, even gave us an amazing tip for taking in the sunset. Will absolutely try to book again!"

"Cottages are beautiful and well updated. Very clean annd organized as well. I often spotted property managers around, checking on the property or helping guests. Always communicate quickly when needed. No noise from neighbors or outside with windows shut.Would probably only ever stay here when I visit Chincoteague again, just much more convenient, comfortable and fitting to my desire to have some space to myself. Beach and pool are lovely. Property has bikes for you. They also have wagons...

"Beautiful & scenic views, pool was refreshing, Complimentary wine was unexpected, Dwayne was helpful & breakfast was delicious & made to order by Rick! Food & fun within walking distance and just a short drive to other sites. Some basic updates & repairs needed on the property but that’s expected for the age of the house. We’ll be back!"

"Wonderful place to stay for anyone who loves flower gardens, horses. & beautiful views into the nature reserve. Right next to Chincoteague Island Park. Breakfast made fresh daily & delivered to the room. Heated enclosed pool and jacuzzi. Clean , well decorated rooms with nice bathroom. "

" The location was perfect for what we came there for. The property itself is very old and needs a total renovation. The carpet throughout the facility was filthy and the mildew smell was everywhere. The people we met where very friendly and the staff was very nice. We stayed because there was no where else to stay. Not to mention the annoying siren. For a moment we thought it was "The Purge". The hotel needs a lot of work. Sorry, just being honest..."
