「I never stayed here bc it said they allow dogs and when I got there I was informed they didn't. They illegal charged my card and if that isn't canceled or refunded I will be disputing it with my credit card company. I am giving you the chance to have morals and integrity by doing the right thing. Make sure your system is updated and don't be con artist. Will never recommend this place and will report.」

「The waterside Inn is one of the most friendliest places there. We have been staying there for many of years to celebrate my birthday. If you want to relax this is your destination. The rooms are alway clean and staff are great. 」

「NO HOT WATER. We ran the shower and bathroom faucets for 10 minutes and the water never got hot. We inquired at the front desk. The manager said he would "fix it and don't worry". We had to run the water for 10-15 minute, and as a result, we would get about 5 minutes of lukewarm water, then it would turn ice cold again. Terrible experience. Nobody wants ice cold or lukewarm showers!!!!」

「There was a strange smell in the desk lobby. The listing doesn't explicitly say outdoor room access, which is definitely lost on the "Studio 6" name. Its Motel 6 but a different building. The towels were yeloow, which mase my son and I not want to shower. The water was stinky, the toilet bowl and shower had brown stains. There was a bug flying around our room that I had to kill. All in all, not the most comfortable stay, but when stuck to choose between this room and an active blizzard, the room...

「This hotel was awesome and had great service! We booked a room with 2 double beds and a pullout sofa through Expedia but our room did not have the sofa. The hotel was grear enough to bring a rollout bed to accommodate the error in the Expedia reservation! When we booked through Expedia the confirmation email did not include the sofa, although that is what we reserved.」
