「The staff at the hotel while checking in, Crystal, was absolutely a gem. She was friendly, efficient and was there for breakfast the next morning and made sure food items were stocked and area was clean. Pool was nice and chilly and clean. 」

「I DO NOT recommend anyone stay at this establishment. When I returned for the day and turned on the lights roaches scattered across the floor. Roaches were even in the bed. I left and they would not give a refund for the nights I paid for.」

「Spark is very close to the wildlife refuge. Walking distance to Blackfin and McDonald's. Our stay was comfortable and we'd stay here again.」

「The room was clean at first look. But the air conditioner vent was dirty (I cleaned it) and there were cobwebs above the curtain, but that was it. There was a busted floor tile and they glued it down, there was also a threshold thing that was sticking up that I scraped my foot on (didn't cut me). Pool was very nice, just aged.」

「We had a great overnight stay after the Crab & Cruise. The room was clean and nice-sized, the bed was super comfortable, and it was quiet. The only issue I had was that I wish there was an iron in the room and that we were told at check in that we would have to sign it out at the front desk. Otherwise, EXCELLENT stay!!」

「Bathroom was nasty! Door was locked in and couldn’t close it. Tub was so dirty and faucets were corroding. Gap on bottom of front door and bugs got in. Will never stay again!」

「We paid the premium to stay at Key West Cottages as compared to other properties in Chincoteague because of the location, property amenities and all of the great reviews. With two young kids we wanted a place we could relax and enjoy without having a schedule or planning too many activities around the island. It met and even exceeded our expectations. We saw them clean the pool each morning and walk around the property to do daily maintenance to keep the property pristine. We all loved the pool...
