「Clean, comfortable, and spacious. 」

「This hotel was in tough shape and in need of cosmetic repairs.」

「Front desk lady was rude and not accommodating. We knew they were under construction but didn’t know till we got there the hot tub was going to be closed and the lady was rude about it and said we should have known. Room was clean. Lots of loud noises cuz of construction.」

「The front desk was staffed with two wonderful ladies. When I checked in, I met Lavadia. She is an 11 out of 10. I did not notice the lady's name when I left at 5 the next morning, but she is also an 11 out of 10. Great staff. My bed was comfortable, and I had a restful night's sleep. 」

「Disheartening experience. I rarely leave reviews, good or bad. If I take the time to write one, it means the experience was either exceptional or extremely disappointing. Unfortunately, this stay fell into the latter category. Upon arrival at SpringHill Suites in Birmingham, Alabama, we immediately noticed cleanliness issues.
