「The staff was excellent. Very helpful and pleasant. The hotel was very clean. The complaints we had were the mattress was very uncomfortable and the the Wi-Fi did not work in the room as well as the TV station broadcasts which went in and out (possibly due to storms) Did not appreciate seeing an adult TV choice as an option in a gamily hotel. No complementary hot water for tea or coffee, only water in the lobby. Not much of a snack bar. Very close to the college campus, which was nice. Ask for a...

The automated check-in and check-out process made arrival and departure quick and hassle-free. The hotel seemed to have quite a few transient / short term guests . The room had a slight musty smell, and the walls were quite thin, making it easy to hear noise and conversations from neighboring rooms.
