The check in staff did not give us and check out instructions or WIFI code . It was quick and the staff was friendly. The room was nice except the shower curtain had mold and some cabinets felt sticky. We did enjoy our stay.

Water turned brown on our second day. Maintenance came by fairly quickly while we were out and it eventually cleared up, but we bought bottled drinking water anyway. Line for check in was crazy long at 10pm on Friday. The 1st nite the neighbors partied on the balcony all night. Sounded like a JMU frat party or something. I was expecting mostly families. Visited Campfire Grill. Good, but the wait was almost an hour. More food options would be nice considering the large crowds. Wish I had known ahead of time I needed to book tickets to the comedy show. It was our first time. Just hubby and me for a quick getaway so we didn't really do any attractions. I would probably go back with the family.

Great Family trip

What can I say, my stay at the resort was a great experience. There was so much to do and not once did I get bored. There was a great selection of food, activities for adults and kids and the water park was amazing. I would definitely stay again.
