This property is nestled by the river, which is such a lovely spot. Donna is such a wonderful innkeeper; she made us feel right at home. The breakfast was both healthy and delicious, and it was made with love. I can’t say enough good things about this place. If you’re searching for a lovely BnB near Shenandoah National Park, this is like home without the chores. If I could give it 6 stars, I would!

River Bluff Farm B&B was perfect in every way. Spacious rooms deck and grounds with great views especially at sunset. Breakfast was outstanding. Our host, Donna, was super knowledgeable about the area and also exciting vacation opportunities around the country and world. Don’t hesitate to experience this delightful place to stay.

Beautiful country hide sway

Top to bottom a wonderful place. Right on the river and the bed amazing. Food and hostess so friendly and guest so quiet. A peaceful place to relax. We will stay there every time we come through. Know that the town before it is old and mostly abandoned but keep going to this beautiful oasis.

I’ve stayed here with my boyfriend twice and it was lovely both times. Donna is very flexible with breakfast plans and check-in times if needed. The location is quiet enough to not hear cars rushing by but close enough to Shenandoah National Park to be an easy drive.

Sal & Lisa

The house and deck had gorgeous views of the river and mountains. It was peaceful and relaxing. Donna, the owner, was very accommodating, sociable and offered us access to the entire home with use of the kitchen, fireplace, outdoor fire pit and outside deck areas. Breakfast was also excellent! We higjly recommend this BandB and will look to visit again in the fall.

Our room and bathroom were very clean, well maintained, functional. Slept very well. Enjoyed our fellow guests at 9am breakfasts. Good value.

Absolutely beautiful place. The guest house was built in 2000 or so but looks like an old log cabin. Beautiful wood floors, modern bathroom, a kitchen with cathedral ceiling with windows, a piano, and a quiet deck outside to sit and enjoy the quiet. Breakfast was home-cooked and amazing, and the coffee was the best I've had at any place I've stayed (and I travel a lot). Highly recommend.
