「Nous avons dû demandé à changer de chambre car elle sentais la cigarette et l’humidité. Les chambres vacantes ont les portes ouvertes et le sole est sale (pansements et cheveux au sol)」

「Very centrally located to the pedestrian downtown, the lakefront, and close enough to UVM and Champlain College to make our visit very easy for everything that we wanted to do. Beautiful adaptive reuse of an historic armory building for the bar, restaurant, entry and lobby areas with rooms in an attached, newer building. Great visit, will stay here again!」

「Pictures on their website are deceptive. Water view is not really a water view unless you’re on the 8 or 9 floor. We had a trees view and was quite disappointed. But they still promise you and charge you for it. Very thin walls; can hear neighbours snoring and talking, very noisy. Would never go back.」
