「Very terrible experience. Booked this hotel as I had an important interview downtown in Albany. When I arrived there at 9pm, it’s overbooked and we were relocated to a motel 20 mins away. The motel was terrible and the hair dryer was even broken. The staff was rude when we tried to understand the situation. 「Everything was perfect. One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in. The suite offered all the things we needed right down to pots and pans, dish soap etc. The gym offered a good workout and my grandkids enjoyed the warm indoor pool. Breakfast was excellent with lots of different offerings. I also loved that it felt safe and secure there. We will definitely stay at Marriott Residence Inn again. 」

The breakfast is wonderful, with a wide variety of options, and I especially appreciated that oat milk is available since I cannot drink regular milk. We also traveled with our dog, and the hotel is very pet-friendly, offering plenty of walking areas as well as a dog station with bags and a designated dog-walking area.」
