「The Parkway House is a beautiful gem in Goshen NY! The owner Emilie was so gracious and welcoming to her guest. This spacious B&B is perfect for families, couples visiting Goshen, Legoland, Seasonal Festivals or just to spend a quiet weekend away. It’s 5 stars !!! Love this beautiful home !」

「A small boutique hotel with not many rooms. If I had booked earlier, would have picked the room with balcony on 4/F instead of the standard room, of which the windows could not be opened. 」

「We stayed two nights at this property, it is not a hotel at all, it is rooms for stay. The location is not in a great part of Middletown and looks nothing like the outside photo that is in the listing, and I was not comfortable leaving the property by myself. The first night we returned back, the front door to the building was wide open, we were scared to enter the building, and someone was parked in our designated space. I immediately contacted Expedia and they were not able to reach Norman....

「Location was excellent. Room was tiny and not particularly clean. Sink was a bit clogged and toilet was not flushing properly. To get to room, you had to walk up a very large flight of stairs (with luggage). Free breakfast had limited selection and just plain not good. I would never stay here again.」
