「As an architect educator it was an experience to stay in a well-designed modern hotel, by I believe an European architect whose name was unfortuntely not known by the staff. The hotel rooms are agin well laid out, spacious with equally well-detailed set of furnishing. I believe that this is one of the best contemporary designed hotels in Virginia. And for price a bargain. I took many photos to share with colleagues however they have not yet been downloaded.」

「Good location if visiting Monticello and wine country and easy access to highway. Foyer and room were clean and modern but breakfast was lacking. Seemed like something you would get at a much lower quality hotel. Missing items on buffet. Cut my foot on door leaving hotel room and desk staff only had one antiseptic wipe in their first aid kit. Did not even ask me to complete a report. 」

「The room was well priced, clean and quiet. Beds were comfortable. The only thing I was not happy about was that the door keys kept losing their magnetic ability to open door. Espresso in the morning would have been nice. 」

「It's very clean and the aesthetic is nice. It's in an excellent location, and the room was very affordable. The only real issue was the lack of basic hotel amenities. The rooms have a fridge, bed, full bathroom, and a TV, and that's about it. I don't need a microwave, but not having any sort of closet with clothes hangers or an iron was a huge pain when traveling for a wedding. The office told us they have a single iron and ironing board for the whole hotel, so while we requested one, we...

「I think overall it was a great, self service property, the bathroom def had some things happening with it, but other than that, honestly, it was great, quiet, and exactly what we were looking for」
