"There is no breakfast buffet or beach view!!! Even if you pay for the buffet online, you will have to order the food and pay a service charge. The Hotel is very clean and the staff is friendly. "

"Great, spacious rooms. Had to clean up a puddle of something sticky from my bedside table at arrival. The breakfast was ok, but very few vegan options. Coffee and tea was available all day, which was great. We enjoyed the heated pool, but missed out on the hot tub as it was not hot enough. Staff were friendly and property was clean and well kept. Would stay here again. "

"We were checking in around 3:45, and Janelle greeted us. She asked for my name, looked up our info, then said there were three people ahead of us. The lobby was empty? She then said we could go to the pool or a restaurant, and they would call us when they were ready. So strange! We just went out to our car to get our luggage and were going to wait in the lobby. Janelle talked to some other clerks then left. Another clerk was at the desk and proceeded to check in three groups while we watched. I got up and asked if they were ready to check us in. She looked confused by my question and started checking us in. I asked her what the hold up was and explained why we were sitting there. She had no idea. She apologized for not asking to help us. She looked like she had no idea what was going on and didn’t seem like she knew anything about this scenario. It’s our first day here. We were hoping to check in, change clothes quickly, and go relax at the beach. Instead, we were hanging in the lobby for no apparent reason. And I guess we’d still be sitting there if I hadn’t stepped up because Janelle never called. Was her shift over? Was she profiling us? Is she just lazy or rude? I don’t know, but sure started our vacation off wrong by wasting our precious beach time."

"We had an oceanfront king room. Room was clean, bed was soft and balcony view was amazing. Pools were clean and outdoor games and towels were provided. The fitness room was nice as well. My comments for improvement: 1) Shower faucet was very hard to turn completely off. It dripped constantly. And water did not get very hot, even turned all the way. 2) AC unit was SUPER loud. Very hard to sleep deeply when an airplane flies through the room every cooling cycle. 3) WiFi connection was very poor in our room. We had a much better connection sitting out on the beach. Definitely deained my phone battery quickly when in the room getting kicked off the WiFi then trying to reconnect. 4) A continental breakfast would make this place 5 🌟 We enjoyed our stay very much!"
