Breakfast buffet was consistent and staff is wonderful. Laundry and gym convenient. A great place to stay with family."

"This place was definitely older and needs major updates. Staff was nice. TV in 3210 in master has 3 lines on broken screen which was very annoying at night to watch any tv when it was raining. 3 sliding doors were rusty and some wouldnt even lock which did not give any peace to sleep. You could hear everyone walk in the hallway on the 3rd floor and the roosters sounded like they were in the room because the glass and walls so thin. "Very helpful staff at every step, both our early check in and letting us swim in the pool past quiet time into the 9 o'clock hour. Everyone so nice and welcoming. I very much appreciated the single night booking, when many others needed 2 or 3 night minimums. The included breakfast was a nice plus. All was well with the room. We'll be back on our next trip to Kauai, which will no doubt be longer."

"This is a condo property located in a good spot in Poipu. The unit had everything we needed, washer and dryer and kitchen stocked with pots, pans etc. the pool area provides a great view of the ocean. The pool itself is average. Our unit could use new carpet and screen door. Good property for those who want to avoid the large and loud resorts. "

"I got a really nice Condominium (look’s like a house) doble floor, doble bedroom, doble bathroom and a nice view to the sea. You need to drive like 20 min far away to find a nice place to swing but it is an small island. Behind the hotel it is an amazing place to eat, the name is Kauai Boba & Barbecue( delicious and amazing people). "

"This condo was perfect. We had everything we needed. Bed was very comfy. Kitchen was great. Lanai is big and we enjoyed eating out there and listening to the birds early am. Shopping across the street was easy and convenient and walkable. Parking was super easy and convenient and at no extra charge. Definitely would come back and recommend. Mahalo🌈"

"Friendly & responsive staff, strong Aloha spirit. However, the place is dated, ie still popcorn ceilings. Need pest control (roaches), asked us to take shoes off but floor carpet felt uncomfortably moist, couldn’t really decide the cleanness of carpet due to color, bathroom smells odd, slippery bathtub, low shower pressure. The room itself needs air freshener. No beach towels, they supply only bath towels 1/person no extras. You have to exchange if you want new ones. Low quality paper towels,...
