Edgewater Shores 3 Stars Hotels

"The view was amazing, the staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean. Overall a great stay. My only gripes are small ones that can be easily overlooked, the breakfast was lackluster, the trashcans are weirdly small given that i rented a king suite for a couple of nights, there wasnt any sugar or sweetener for the coffee in the room, there was no place to hang the hand towels after washing your hands so it was just awkwardly on the counter the whole time, and the TV loved to act up whenever we tried chrome-casting to it. Again, super small gripes that are easily overlooked. The hot tub was nice, the fact that it was a stones toss away from the beach was amazing, and the feng shui of the lobby and king suite was homey, cozy, and appealing. Overall a great experience! Would reccomend, especially if you like an ocean view. "

"Super location on the beach and a wonderfully charming hotel. The rooms are individually decorated in concert with the literary theme of the hotel, which is filled with books in every nook and cranny, and furnished with comfy club chairs. I had a delightful breakfast after my complimentary cortado. It's worth a detour or a destination weekend. "

"Upon arrival check in was speedy and the room was comfortable. We got the room we wanted and the number of beds needed. Waking up the next day we realized the door into the rooms were broken and didn’t auto close/lock. We found numerous exit stairs propped open with water bottles. Our shower ended up not working the last two nights either scolding us or providing ice cold water. The front desk employee, Jeff make a comment to the maintenance man about me while I was standing there unbeknownst to Jeff. Adobe resort wants to remedy the situation and refund me 2 nights per Candy at the front desks approval. She also stated her manager stayed in one of the rooms I stayed in and experienced the same problems. The pool ceiling is falling down in chunks and there is perfuse mold around the hot tub walls/window seals. The chemicals in the hot tub burned my eyes when the jets were on. The sauna was broken and out of service the entire 5 day stay. Other guests were smoking marijuana making the entire bottom floor smell. "

"The room had tape on the floor witch was a tripping hazard. They was hair in the tub. The chair was falling apart and the bed had had metal hook that was hanging out and grandson and husband ran it to them. "

"We didn’t end up staying because there was not a pool and that was not disclosed when we booked the room and I have two small kids that need to wear themselves out so it was not going to work, but I do plan on staying there when it becomes the seagrass inn. The guy at the front desk was very very, very nice."

"Parking is easy, the ocean is right out the window! The decks are fabulous and it's close to shopping etc"
