"The hotel was gorgeous and clean. All the staff we encountered were helpful, friendly and professional. Definitely will stay again if in the area, and would look for a Drury in other places. It was our first time staying with this chain, and I am absolutely sold on it. "

"I enjoy my stay here every time I come to Ohio. I’m a travel nurse and I love staying here.only thing i didn’t like was when I went to my room the hallway had dirty towels and a big trash bag in the hallway. The front desk took care of it immediately. Thanks!!! "

"Our room was nice and clean. I was surprised that housekeeping only comes every other day. I know many places will hold off on changing bedsheets or towels unless requested for environmental purposes, but it is nice to have the trash emptied and beds made daily. Just what we’ve been used to with other hotels. Otherwise everything was great. "

"The hotel is in a perfect location, clean, quiet, roomy. Charles at the desk was great and helped us several times including tech help. The only criticism we have is the toilet paper is awful! I’m sure it’s some environmentally friendly brand but it is not butt friendly. We will definitely stay again because we loved it…but, we will bring our own tp."

"First of all, every staff member i came in contact with was well above par for customer service. I enjoyed my stay immensely. The hotel is clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good snd well worth the 10$ a day. The 2 restaurants we went to , Lago and Soro were so good! The view from our room was perfect. The valet parking is nice but if toi dont want to pay the 40$ a day there is a parking garage for 26$ a day. So much to do is in walking distance. I will be back!"
